People above 16 years of age can use this hair mask.
2. What hair types can use this hair mask?
All hair types, especially dry and frizzy hair types can use this hair mask.
3. Can this hair mask be used by both men and women?
Yes, the OZiva Nourish and Growth Hair Mask is unisex and can be used irrespective of gender.
4. How many times a week can I apply this hair mask?
You can apply the OZiva Nourish and Growth Hair Mask 2-3 times a week.
5. Till when does a customer need to use the OZiva Nourish and Growth Hair Mask to start seeing results?
Use the OZiva Nourish and Growth Hair Mask at least 6 to 8 weeks (upto twice weekly) to see upto 40% increase in hair hydration and frizz control (Based on clinically proven data).
6. Does this Hair Mask prevent dandruff also?
With effective plant-based ingredients, this Hair Mask works for dry and frizzy hair (40% increase in hair hydration). It boosts hair strength by moisturising and nourishing them. Thus, it helps in preventing dandruff, but it cannot treat existing dandruf.
7. I apply Henna/Hair colour, so can I use your hair mask on coloured hair or after getting a hair treatment?
Yes, you can safely use this hair mask even if you apply colour to your hair.
8. Are there any interactions/side effects of the Hair Mask?
This Hair Mask and our other products are clean and plant-based, made from clinically tested actives and phytonutrients, thus they are absolutely safe. However we do suggest a patch test prior to use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
9. What is the shelf life of this Hair Mask?
The shelf life of this Hair Mask is 18 months from the date of manufacture.
10. What if the Hair Mask doesn't suit me?

11. Currently I am advised to have medicines from my dermatologist for scalp/ skin issues, So can I use your hair mask along with the same and is it safe?
Yes, you definitely can. This Hair Mask is safe to use. However we always suggest doing a patch test before use.
